Error code 502
Error code 502 usually appears during a license transfer, when you try to export your license.
It means the program is currently running, which blocks the software from being exported.
SOLUTION: Close the program before attempting to export the license.
Once it’s closed, reopen the License Manager and try exporting the license again.
Note: you must open the License Manager using the License Manager shortcut in the Windows Start menu, found in the SAFI folder under All Programs.
