Error code 33
This guide explains how to resolve error code 33.
In the Diagnostic Log (where can I find the Diagnostic Log?), this error appears as: hasp_login_scope returned 33
What does this error mean?
Error code 33 typically indicates an issue with the HASP drivers. It indicates a local communication failure between your software and the Sentinel License Manager. This typically means the driver is missing, outdated, or the service is not running.
To confirm this is the issue, open the Sentinel Admin Control Center – if the page is inaccessible, this points to the driver as the root cause.
How to fix it?
To fix Error Code 33, please try one of the following options:
• Option 1 — Install the HASP drivers, in case the service have not been installed.
• Option 2 — Restart the HASP drivers.
• Option 3 — Restart the drivers from the Services menu.
