Error code 400

Error code 400 usually occurs when attempting to activate your license online. Online activation necessitates a connection to our server. Error code 400 suggests that the connection to the server has failed.

Error code 400 suggests that the connection to the server has failed.
The online activation of a new license requires access to our server, which is available from 9am to 4pm, (EST) – Mon to Fri. If you try activating the license outside of this framework, you will receive an error message. 
SOLUTION: Please,  ensure that you attempt to activate your license during the specified hours. If you’re in a different time zone, take note of the time zone mentioned.
If you’re proceeding within the suggested timeframe and still encountering error code 400, it’s possible that your antivirus software is blocking the connection to our server. In such cases, you can try temporarily disabling your antivirus. Alternatively, you can proceed with the manual installation of the license.
